Bio

Jarbas Agnelli is a Brazilian film director, creative, motion designer, multimedia artist and musician. He started as an art director working in major Brazilian agencies. For 13 years he created alongside one of the most renowed advertisers of the world, Washington Olivetto. Later he founded AD Studio, his own production house, where he directed over 700 commercials for some of the biggest clients in Brazil, like Globo Network, Volkswagen, Honda, HBO, Coca Cola, Nivea, Nestlé, Itaú, Claro, Vivo, J&J etc. His work garnered him almost 100 national and international awards - Cannes, Clio, NY Festival, Andy, El Ojo, Cyclope etc - plus many MTV awards for music videos of famous Brazilian artists. He created and directed several experimental shorts and produced soundtracks for most of his films. Agnelli regularly gives speeches (two TED Talks, Singularity U, Imagination Day etc) usually performing onstage with orchestras. He is now ahead of Birds on the Wires, producing innovative entertainment multimedia projects. Agnelli's personal music compositions are on streaming on his own music label, Birds Music.
